FAQ & Policies
Please keep in mind that all of the items in this shop are secondhand and that the charm and appeal of vintage items sometimes includes a weathered, rustic or imperfect look. I will always do my best to have the description and photos depict the products as accurately as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please email prior to placing your order.
All sales are final except in cases of items damaged in transit. I take great care when packing orders but it is important to inspect items for damages incurred in transit. If an item arrives damaged or broken, please take photos and contact the shop within three days. I will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
For orders that contain shippable items, fulfillment will take place within 3-5 days from the order date at which point a tracking number will be sent to the customer. If you need your items sooner please email email@example.com and all efforts will be made to accommodate requests.
I make every effort to ship items using as many recycled materials as possible. Apologies in advance for less-than-aesthetically-pleasing boxes and packaging filler.
If you opt for local pick-up or select an item that is pick-up only, I will contact you directly to coordinate a day / time for porch pick-up in Purcellville, VA 20132. All items must be picked up within five business days unless special arrangements have been made. Any item not picked up within 3 months will be considered abandoned without refund.
